NoleFit: The BEST total body workout you can get in 45 minutes or less! The HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class is explosive and dynamic functional training with up to 24 people. Led by certified coaches, participants take part in suspension training and agility drills along with specialized equipment including Bulgarian bags, core bags and kettlebells to get a great workout. High intensity work is spaced with rest intervals for an optimal 45 minutes of training.
Register for the NoleFit Morning Crew and receive access to the Wednesday 7:00 am morning NoleFit session for 6 straight weeks. We'll even sign you up for the session too! Your payment gets you a reserved spot in the Wednesday morning class only and does not apply to other sessions. You may not use your Morning Crew registration for other sessions (an Unlimited Pass or a One Time Pass is required to attend afternoon sessions).
Morning Crew members must check-in with other participants at least 10 minutes prior class to hold their reservation. No late arrivals are admitted.
