Couch to 5K: Spring 2018 - $50.00

This is a beginner run/walk program, where the average pace is a 12-13 minute mile. Work towards your fitness goal of completing a 5K with 8-Weeks of personalized Coaching, 2 times per week (16 sessions total). 5K Race follows at the conclusion of the program. Registration is for coaching only and does not include race registration fee. All sessions start at the Leach Recreation Center.
