LATE Registration: Women on Weights

This 8-week training course is offered 2 times/week with 4 people max per group. The sessions are for women who want to learn more about strength training and want to get comfortable around the weight room and its equipment. Learn the 3 major lifts: squat, deadlift and bench press + accessory work. Session offerings are Monday and Wednesday from 8am-9am; or Tuesday and Thursday from 3pm-4pm
